RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Solexya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

  • Return period: You have 30 days after the date of purchase to return a piece of jewelry.
  • Return conditions: Jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Refund: In the event of breakage due to a manufacturing defect, a refund will be made after return of the jewelry.
  • Return costs: Solexya will cover the return costs in the event of confirmed breakage.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@solexya.ca with your order number and a photo of the jewelry in question.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible so that you receive your jewelry without delay.

Shipping Area
We offer free worldwide shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times
Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days (depending on destination)

Customs Duties and Taxes
For all orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import fees or local taxes may apply.
These fees remain the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or free shipping offer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the progress of your package.

WARRANTY POLICY

Our jewelry is designed to last, but in the event of a manufacturing defect, we offer a limited warranty.

  • Warranty period: Our jewelry is guaranteed for 30 days after the date of purchase.
  • What is covered: Any manufacturing defect found on the jewelry.
  • What is not covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse of the jewelry (exposure to chemicals, shocks, scratches, etc.).

If you notice a defect, please contact us with a photo of the jewel and your order number at info@solexya.ca.

PRIVACY POLICY
