Handwritten Engraving Guide

Personalize your Solexya jewelry with a signature, initials or a sweet message.
Each engraving is done by hand, with care and precision.

📂 File to provide

• Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF
• Maximum size: 10 MB
• Black image on white background (dark writing on light background)
• Good resolution recommended (at least 1000px wide)

✅ Best practices

• Write on a white sheet of paper, using a black or dark pen
• Center your word or signature well
• Take a well-lit, flat, shadow-free photo
• Crop the image so that only the writing is visible
• Make sure the text is clear, legible and contrasted

❌ Avoid

• Gray pencil or pale colors
• Blurry, dark, or tilted photos
• Lined, squared or crumpled paper
• Files too large or compressed
• Writing too small or too thin

🛠️ Treatment

Each file is adjusted for optimal engraving on 18K gold plated stainless steel.
We reserve the right to reject a file if its quality is not sufficient to guarantee an elegant and readable result.

📍 Positioning of the engraving

All engravings are centered on the jewelry or placed in the optimal location to ensure maximum readability.
For example, on a heart pendant, the engraving will be centered horizontally, but slightly offset upwards in order to respect the natural shape of the jewel and ensure a beautiful visual harmony.
Each piece is carefully hand-engraved, and the placement is adjusted according to the design of the jewelry for an elegant and balanced result.
