2. Will the gold plating fade over time?

Our jewelry is designed to last. Thanks to the quality of the gold plating and the stainless steel base, they maintain their shine even after months of use. Minimal care will help preserve their beauty even longer.

3. What materials do you use?

We only use 304 or 316L stainless steel and 14K or 18K gold plating – durable, hypoallergenic, and resistant materials.

4. Can I swim with my Solexya jewelry?

Absolutely! Our jewelry is made to follow you on every adventure – whether it’s at the beach, in the pool, or in the shower.

5. How do I take care of my Solexya jewelry?

A simple soft cloth is enough to restore their shine. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals (perfumes, aggressive lotions) to preserve their brilliance even longer.

6. What is Solexya Signature engraving?

Solexya Signature allows you to personalize select models with our professional laser engraving service, done directly in our Quebec-based workshop.
Add an initial, a meaningful word, a special date, or even a handwritten signature to create a unique piece filled with emotion.

You can choose between:

A font from our elegant and refined selection
Or a handwritten note (signature, sweet word, or simple drawing)

7. Where is the engraving placed on the jewelry?

All engravings are centered on the piece or placed in the most optimal location to ensure maximum legibility.
For example, on a heart-shaped pendant, the engraving is centered horizontally but positioned slightly higher to respect the natural shape of the jewelry and create visual balance.

Each piece is carefully engraved by hand, and the placement is thoughtfully adjusted based on the jewelry’s design to achieve an elegant and harmonious result.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
👉 Please note that for orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import fees or local taxes may apply. These fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

9. What are your delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
